Orbcomm says Caterpillar renews satellite communications contract

Orbcomm Inc. said Tuesday that Caterpillar Inc. renewed a contract with the satellite communications company.

The deal is for services for Product Link, which is a heavy equipment telematics product, Orbcomm said. Financial terms weren't disclosed.
