Honeywell awarded $219 million Air Force satellite contract change

The Air Force has awarded a $219 million contract modification for work on a military satellite network.

The contract is for maintenance, network support and engineering of the Air Force Satellite Control Network. It was awarded to Honeywell Technology Solutions in Colorado Springs, Colo.

Honeywell shares rose 19 cents to $39.05.
